Are there shops here in metro manila that sells single cards? i know only one.. glorietta 2 neutral grounds.. meron pang iba?

some are fakes some are soaring high in prices which is not highly recommendable .

Sharks (scammers?) they tend to overprice the card just because the card is "SHINY" or has a "STAR".

Depends, usefullness in the trading card game, Rarity, Age, etc. But you should pay a price that both you and the person selling are comfortable with.
